About Chef Bryan

Passion for Gourmet Cuisine

Chef Bryan brings a  variety of gourmet cuisine with his 30 years of experience. Educated at Culinary Institute of America and Stratford Chef School, as well as mastering his craft with North America's Top Chefs such s Grey Hoyer, Bill Simon, Jamie Kennedy and even Canada's Top Chef Susur Lee. He has worked as Executive Chef at a variety of high-end venues in Toronto's Distillery District, Liberty Village, and has also served as Corporate Chef with Prime Franchise.

  

He has had the privilege of traveling around the world as a personal chef for A-list celebrities such as Wesley Snipes, Jackie Chan, Harrison Ford, Jennifer Lopez, and The Rolling Stones.
